Pfizer invests EUR190m and creates 100 new jobs in Cork – Pharmaceutical Jobs News
Pfizer is to invest EUR190 million in a new facility in Cork in an IDA backed project. This expansion will create 100 new high skilled jobs over the next 3 years in Cork. Pfizer currently employs 2,300 staff in Ireland.
The expansion is part of Pfizer’s move to become a global leader in the biotherapeutics market. Cork was chosen as the location because of positive experiences in the region over the last number of year.
