Diageo cuts 95 jobs in Dublin
Drinks group Diageo Ireland, which owns Guinness, has announced plans to cut 95 jobs in the Republic of Ireland and 12 jobs in the North.
The cuts are a part of the global restructuring programme. The current Irish workforce of about 2000 employees will be cut by 5%.
Company’s St James’ Gate headquarters in Dublin is where 95 jobs will go over the next three months across a number of areas including support functions, sales and marketing.
